Here at The Vet Clinic of Palm Harbor, we strive to not only practice great-quality medicine and provide excellent customer service but to also provide a safe environment for our patients, clients and team members. In order to accomplish these goals, we mandate proof of up-to-date rabies vaccinations for all of our patients receiving elective services, including our wellness services.
Please provide proof of rabies vaccination or the contact information for where the vaccination waslast administered so we can update our records. If we do not receive proof of an up-to-date rabiesvaccination prior to your pet’s next visit, we will update the vaccination here, at The Vet Clinic ofPalm Harbor, in order to continue with our services.
We understand that some patients will be medically exempt, and future vaccination needs and/orrequirements will be determined based on our doctors' expertise and discretion.
